based entities be aligned with who they say they are. The offerings that span from strategic planning to DEIB training, executive coaching and team productivity support are all anchored in enhancing what already exists versus a posture of trying to fix something broken.

Pam leverages concepts, demonstrated methodologies and systems, humor and honest storytelling to create memorable and applicable
strategies for sustainable and substantive change.

She doesn’t believe that people can be directly motivated but does know for sure that when a people centered environment is cultivated and nurtured, people are often motivated to bring their best selves, skills, and work forward!

Edge of Your Seat Consulting, Inc. was established in 1995 but didn’t really become formalized until 2001. Since that time the organization has served a diverse clientele, many of whom are still clients today.

She is a proud Texas A&M Aggie where she earned a degree in Journalism and a certification in Diversity Education and completed her graduate work at St. Edward’s University with a master’s in human services with a concentration in Conflict Resolution/Mediation.  Pam has also completed coursework at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, a certification in DEI from Cornell, and has most recently launched a new business with all four members of her family called 4 The Culture Coffee- an online coffee shop that directs a percentage of the proceeds back to BIPOC nonprofit organizations in the Central Texas region. She resides in Austin with her spouse, Arlyn, and two kids, Preston and Allyson
